A Spitfire Propeller runs at 3000 revolutions per minute at full speed. That means it makes a full rotation 3000 times in a minute. To animate this I need to know the angle, in degrees. This is where maths comes in. A full rotation is 360 degrees. So I need to do a calculation. 3000 x 360 = 1,080,000 degrees. That's very fast! So in 1 second that 100 rpm.
This means when we animate the propeller. It requires motion blur, this can be applied in the render settings.
